Illinois Packaging is a referral service. It matches buyers and sellers of gaylord boxes, pallets, and IBC totes in Illinois with partner suppliers. Quotes are fulfilled by partner suppliers in our network.

2. What the Form Collects

When you submit the quote form, we collect:

• First and last name
• Email address and phone number
• ZIP code
• Product, service, and quantity
• Any message you include

3. How Your Request Is Used

We use this information to prepare your quote request and pass it on. Requests go to the 1DB lead platform and to partner suppliers so they can prepare a quote and follow up with you. Partner suppliers handle your information under their own policies once they receive it.

4. Analytics and Cookies

This site uses PostHog analytics to count visits. Analytics run without cookies for visitors in Europe and for browsers that send a privacy signal. The site sets no advertising cookies.

5. Retention

We keep quote requests for as long as they are needed to pass them on and to keep a record of them, then delete them when they are no longer needed.

6. Your Choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you sent. A request to stop contact should also be made to any partner supplier that has followed up with you.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
